1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing or sending information through customcarpentry.directory (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Site.

2. Information only, and disclaimers

The scope worksheet, its sketches and the notes on the Site are provided for information and scoping. They are not engineering, design, legal or other professional advice:

• No contract from a request: sending a request through the Site does not create a contract with us. We do not refer you to carpenters or pass your request to them.
• Carpenters are independent: we do not employ or supervise any carpenter, and we make no promise about any carpenter’s work. Ask the carpenter you choose for license, insurance and warranty details before work starts.
• Notes we write: a benchmark note or scoping document reads only what you send us. It is not a price judgment, an inspection or a design, and the decisions stay yours.
• Worksheet sketches and figures: the sketches are not to scale, and their figures come only from what you enter. They are not measurements, designs or quotes, and any job must be measured on site before it is priced or built.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful inquiry purposes. You agree not to:

• Use automated scrapers, crawlers, harvest scripts or data-extraction tools to mass-harvest the Site’s content or tools.
• Send fraudulent, deceptive or spam submissions.
• Try to probe, breach or compromise the security, rate limits or servers of the Site.
• Impersonate any person, business or professional.

4. Intellectual property

The text, drawings, tools, marks and layouts on the Site belong to Our Landmen LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Our Landmen LLC and its affiliates, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or reliance on, information on the Site.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
